MDH Kitchen King 100 gr is a versatile, all purpose Indian spice blend often called the “king” of masalas. It gives curries, vegetable dishes, dals and gravies a rich, balanced flavor and appetizing aroma. The mix contains coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chilli and a wide range of aromatic spices. It works well in almost any Indian dish, similar to Garam Masala but with a more complex profile. Suitable for daily cooking.

Ingredients: Coriander, red chilli, cumin, turmeric, white salt, cantaloupe seed, mustard, fenugreek leaves, dried garlic, dried ginger, black pepper, dried onion, cardamom amomum, cinnamon, fennel, cloves, nutmeg, mace, green cardamom, asafoetida.
